Paranormal Activity 2

Genre: Horror, Mystery, Thriller
Rating: Rated R for some language and brief violent material.
Review: I enjoyed the movie for the most part. I admit that it was scary and that I may have shut my eyes during some of the scenes. I don't think it was as good as the first one but not because the movie was bad it's just that I watched it a couple weeks after it was released so there weren't many people in the theater. During the first movie there were a lot of girls in the theater that screamed their heads off during the scary scenes.
Recommendations: I recommend this movie to people that enjoy watching horror movies. You should watch it if you liked the 1st movie.

Iron Man 2

Genre: Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi
Rating: Rated PG-13 for sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence, and some language.
Review: The movie was good but it was a little far fetched. Tony Stark made a new atom by making a particle accelerator in his basement which is not possible no matter how rich you are. He also manages to not get shot at all by any of the drones. Whiplash made the electric whips in his room somehow.
Recommendations: I recommend this movie to people that like super hero movies that have a lot of action.

                  

The Descent: Part 2

Genre: Adventure, Horror, Thriller
Rating: Rated R for strong bloody horror violence, grisly images, terror and language.
Review: The Descent didn't really need a sequel because it was good the first time. It would have been a good movie if it was original and not a sequel to an already acceptable movie. Somehow, in her 2 days of surviving the creatures in the cave, she's become some sort of commando, hunting down and killing the cave's creatures. A lot of things were repeated from the first movie like the watch beeping in the first and the walkie-talkie making noise in the second. It changed a lot of nicely ended things from the first. The movie was pretty predictable so it gets boring after some time.
Recommendations: I recommend this movie to people that like bloody monster movies and like to watch bad movies.

Diwali is a holiday that is celebrated in south east Asia. Diwali involves the lighting of small clay lamps filled with oil to signify the triumph of good over evil.
